We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our team with a variety of administrative and project-related tasks. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a professional office environment while assisting multiple departments with day-to-day operations. Locations: Clayton and Hillsborough Key Responsibilities Provide general clerical and administrative support to project teams and office staff. Assist with data entry, document organization, and file management (digital and physical). Assist project teams in the field and visit job sites to help gather information and support project activities. This role may require working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including high heat. Help maintain organized project documentation and office records. Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee documentation as needed. Communicate with internal teams to gather or verify information for administrative tasks. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails as needed. Assist with purchase orders, invoices, delivery tickets, or other basic project documentation. Support office staff and management with special projects and general administrative duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college, university, or technical program preferred. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
