Provides leadership and guidance to branch staff to maintain high levels of member service. Develops and implements strategies to enhance member service and satisfaction. Monitors branch performance metrics and addresses areas for improvement. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and credit union policies. Oversees training and development programs for branch staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled. Handles member inquiries and resolves issues promptly and professionally. Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Manages branch budgets and financial performance to meet organizational goals. Develops and maintains relationships with members to foster loyalty and retention. Implements process improvements to streamline operations and enhance service quality. Provides regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance and member service initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. [Required] Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions. [Required] Proficient with financial and operational software systems. [Required] Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services. [Required] Ability to be bonded. [Required] Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing multiple branches or locations. [Preferred] Education Bachelor's [Required] Field Of Study N/A Work Experience 3+ experience in credit union operations or a related field within the financial services industry.
