Professional Development Manager

Our client is a leading law firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Professional Development Manager to join the team in support of the Litigation practice group. The role is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan. Responsibilities Create and implement training and development initiatives Oversee performance evaluation and year-end review processes Advise senior litigation associates and support staffing initiatives for junior associates Administer orientations for new associates and manage reintegrations Coordinate practice group meetings and social events Salary Salary: $200-225k annually, based on experience Benefits Fantastic benefits package includes health insurance, generous PTO, and 401(k) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing talent and development at a large law firm Top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with employees Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing projects and priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
