Home Care Business Development Manager (Hospice / Home Health Experience Required)

Location: Field-based covering Whittier, Downey, Fullerton, Cerritos, Lakewood, and surrounding areas.

Salary: $80,000.00 Base Salary + Uncapped Hour-Based Residual Commission ($110,000 - $135,000+ W/ On-Target First Year Earnings)

We are looking for an ambitious, highly communicative Home Care Growth Specialist who aligns with our deep commitment to quality, craves direct leadership growth, and wants to build a lucrative, predictable book of business.

Why This Compensation Policy is Different (Uncapped residual income on your training 12 months of billable hours sold)

We don't believe in flat, one-time bonuses that force you to reset to zero every single month. We reward you for the lifetime value of the accounts you build.

• You will earn an uncapped residual commission of $1.00 for every single billable hour generated by the accounts you onboard (for each client's first 12 months of care).

• The Math:

• A Single 24/7 bedbound client (168 hours/week) would pay you $670+ per month in residual commission on top of your $80,000 base.

• Signing up conservative 2 long-term clients per week at 20 hours per week for 3 months would have you earning an additional $1,100 per month, and keeps paying as long as the clients are with us.

• When you scale your active pipeline to 800 billable hours a week, you add a predictable $4,000/month ($48,000/year) to your earnings.

What You'll Do (The Mission):

• Hunt : Relentlessly cultivate and nurture high-volume referral relationships with healthcare professionals (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, etc) and white collar professionals (fiduciaries, elder law attorneys, and financial professionals across our local footprint)

• The Educator Role: You won't be dropping off generic brochures. You will serve as a respected, knowledgeable educator. You'll giving professional presentations to case managers and fiduciaries on complex topics like navigating Long-Term Care Insurance, Veterans benefits, and leveraging the new 80-hour Medicare GUIDE program for dementia care.

• The Leadership Track: We have been growing each of the last 10 years, and we want to do it with the right people. We are explicitly looking for a future leader who wants to master this territory, establish venerated credibility in the local market, and eventually step into a senior management/director role as we grow.

Who You Are (Requirements):

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of verified B2B sales experience specifically in Home Health, Hospice within our geographical territory (Whittier, Fullerton, Downey, La Habra, Cerritos, Lakewood, etc.).

• The Network: An active, warm roster of local discharge planners, case managers, social workers, or financial professionals who already trust your word.

• The Mindset: An intelligent listener, exceptional communicator, and a resilient objection-handler who genuinely loves educating people and solving complex care puzzles for families.
