Responsibilities Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting. Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress and side‑effects of medications. Monitor and record vital signs. Provide assistance with activities of daily living. Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks. Collect lab samples. Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families, and medical professionals. Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Requirements LPN (Required) BLS Certification (Required) Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures. Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.
