Work Environment

This position is onsite, primarily based in the patients' homes across Boca Raton. Here, you will work in real-life environments, enabling you to tailor treatments to their specific living situations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess their physical capabilities and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at restoring mobility and enhancing functional abilities.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop actionable treatment plans that prioritize patient engagement and motivation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment protocols as needed to ensure effective results.
• Educate patients and their families about at-home rehabilitation techniques to support ongoing recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere by working closely with other healthcare providers, including occupational therapists and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse patient populations, ranging from post-operative individuals to those recovering from chronic injuries. Your expertise in tailoring rehabilitation strategies will be vital in helping patients regain independence in their daily lives. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home care setting, allowing you to adapt treatment plans in real-time to suit the patient's home environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 85,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a strong base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
