Culinary Supervisor

The Role at a glance: Join our dynamic team as we seek an experienced and passionate Culinary Supervisor. In this exciting floating chef role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and engage in meal preparations across various locations, enhancing the dining experience for our community. What you’ll be doing: Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations while ensuring top-notch retail and catering services. Crafting innovative menus that reflect market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional needs. Collaborating with district managers and other departments to ensure smooth daily dining operations. Leading and coordinating kitchen staff to foster a productive and creative work environment. Taking on additional tasks as required to support our culinary goals. What we’re looking for: Must‑haves: Culinary certification from a recognized institution or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years in culinary management. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Nice‑to‑haves: At least one year of experience in a similar culinary role.
