We are hiring a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our client, a growing healthcare SaaS company based in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey.

\n

In this role, you will focus on outbound calling and lead generation, connecting with facility managers at hospitals and healthcare organizations to introduce software solutions and schedule product demonstrations.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Make high-volume outbound calls to hospital facility managers and healthcare organizations.
\n
• Identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule software demonstrations.
\n
• Maintain accurate call activity, prospect information, and sales pipeline records in CRM systems.
\n
• Meet or exceed daily call activity, lead generation, and sales development targets.
\n
• Communicate product value effectively and build relationships with prospective customers.
\n
• Follow up with prospects to support lead conversion and sales pipeline development.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales and cold calling .
\n
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
\n
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and working toward measurable targets.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
\n
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer. Visa sponsorship is not available.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
\n
• Previous experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting.
\n
• Experience contacting healthcare organizations, hospitals, or facility management professionals is a plus.
\n
