POSITION SUMMARY
- To assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specification, drawings, and company policies
- To perform spot welding using resistance welders/machines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Use hands and power tools.
- Sets up and operate machines such as drill press, grinders, riveters.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies, per customer specifications / blueprints.
- Checks assembled products, comparing each to customer requirements, blueprints and BOM and Router instructions.
- Resolves assembly problems and reports to Supervisor for assistance.
- Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
- Support production schedule by safely performing work efficiently.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent degree in a related area.
- 1-3 years of experience in the field or in related area
- Experience in intricate hand assembly
- Attention to detail. xihmbke
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Requires the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE)
WORK SCHEDULE
M-Th 7AM-4:30 PM, Fri 7AM-11AM
