Identify client needs and goals to provide a sense of security and safety surrounding their financial life.

Gain knowledge about the financial products Northwestern Mutual offers as well as financial market trends.
Build, maintain, and continuously grow a portfolio of clients.
Provide first-class client experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution preferred
MUST live in the Tri-State Area
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
1-2 years of sales/business or customer service experience preferred
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence
An entrepreneurial spirit/desire to manage your own business and be accountable for your results
