We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who brings energy, precision, and professionalism to every customer interaction.

As an ISR, you are more than just a voice on the other end of the line — you're a trusted advisor and the heartbeat of our customer engagement. From first contact to long-term relationship building, you’ll provide a high level of service, attention to detail, and strategic thinking that turns prospects into lifelong clients.

Base pay is $17-25 per hr depending on experience. There will also be commission.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through professional, personable, and proactive communication.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that transforms one-time customers into long-term clients.
• Take pride in customer satisfaction and actively contribute to high customer survey scores and glowing Google reviews.
• Identify opportunities to better serve customers through product or service recommendations tailored to their current and future needs.
• Execute data entry, pricing and ordering with customers and clients on the phone and computer, and even in person from time to time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services and a seamless customer journey.

• Proven excellence in customer service or sales-related roles.
• Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
• A strong attention to detail and a drive for perfection.
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to identify needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and team-oriented spirit.
• Your own transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing sales or service role.
• Experience in the trades
• A high level of skill with Microsoft Office programs and an ability to quickly learn new CRM software.
• Experience in a positive and collaborative office environment, where you learned to appreciate and protect the inter-office culture.

The pay range for this position is $XX.XX to $XX.XX, depending on your level of experience as an ISR.
