Job Coach for Individuals with Disabilities

Kids for the Future

Kids for the Future in Hillsborough, NC is seeking a Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities through ongoing training and monitoring. The role requires a high school diploma and experience with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Candidates must have strong communication skills and a valid driver's license. This position focuses on job placement and retention, offering tailored support to help individuals achieve independence in their employment.
