Job Title : Accounting Assistant Location : Bellevue, WA 98006 Duration : 6 Months Shift Details : Hybrid Job Description: This role is responsible for reviewing, auditing, researching, and coding legal invoices to ensure compliance with outside counsel billing guidelines and internal invoicing requirements. The contractor will analyze law firm invoices, identify billing discrepancies, and document findings for resolution. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal business partners and law firm billing contacts to resolve invoice-related issues in a timely manner. Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc): Excel (preferred), GEN AI (preferred), Accounts Payment or invoice management systems. What does a typical day look like?
