To support a growing family medicine practice, the part-time Virtual Medical Scribe will perform medical record documentation and clerical duties remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, enhancing provider efficiency and patient satisfaction. Key responsibilities Preparing and assembling medical record documentation to support healthcare providers Capturing and transcribing medical record documentation during patient visits using electronic medical record applications Updating patient medical records at the direction of the physician, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and facility policies Required qualifications 3 - 6 months of previous Medical Scribe experience High school diploma or equivalent required Typing speed of 45+ WPM Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US Residency in an approved state for virtual work with ProScribe
