The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable overseeing employee relations, talent management, and everyday human resources operations. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support company objectives.
• Developing employee recognition programs and initiatives that promote morale, motivation, productivity, and long-term employee retention.
• Conducting employee surveys, engagement assessments, and feedback initiatives to identify areas of concern and opportunities to improve the employee experience.
• Overseeing recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Leading performance appraisal systems, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Managing conflict resolution, grievances, and fostering a positive company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8-10 years of experience in HR at a public company
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
