Marketing Coordinator

What you will have an opportunity to do: Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls. Qualify inquiries. Set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager. Send packages and answer general questions. Create monthly recap of leads and updates. Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours. Create sales & catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate. Control office supplies and order supplies when necessary. Update sales system with actuals after completion of events. Send out thank you cards/emails. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous hotel or resort experience preferred. Strong desire to make an impact on other people. Outgoing and engaging personality. Strong computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
