Located in Ontario, CA Salary: $21.00 Inside Sales Representative - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Location: Ontario, CAFull-Time | Express Employment Professionals Express Employment Professionals in Rancho Cucamonga is currently looking for Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Representatives. Looking for candidates who have prior experience in a similar trade that works with fractions, such as cabinetry, carpentry, or hardwood flooring. Key Responsibilities
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Ability to work daily overtime as required, especially during peak seasons
- Frequent talking, sitting, and typing
- Proficiency with office equipment (computer, phone, fax, etc.)
- Assisting walk-in customers and demonstrating company products
- Manage cash transactions
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to provide an excellent customer experience
- Review customer quotes and perform data entry in Microsoft Excel
- Communicate daily with internal and external customers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Moderate to proficient computer skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
