Villa Healthcare's Imperial facility seeks a Wound Care Nurse LPN to deliver daily resident care per assessments and care plans, focusing on wounds, ostomies, or continence issues, under supervision of management. The nurse will implement infection control standards, chart care, coordinate with physicians, families, and staff, and provide 24/7 nursing coverage as needed.
