Manager, Operations & Compliance
A growing, international, AI-based private operating foundation 501(c)(3) searching for a Manager, Operations & Compliance. Manage the workflow for MOUs, contracts, and partnership agreements for global projects. Own the end-to-end process for agreement cycle management: intake, routing to appropriate reviewers [grant compliance counsel, outside legal]. Drive day-to-day enforcement of compliance policies. Serve as the single point of accountability for in-country compliance and reporting across international program entities. Coordinate IP-related workstreams including trademark filings, ownership frameworks, and protections for proprietary AI tools & program-generated data.
Experience with a 501(c)(3) operating internationally. 5-12 experience in operations, compliance, or non-profit with exposure to international organizations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace. Experience with project management or workflow tools [Aana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.] Compliance tracking systems.
