Head of Business to Business Operations

Assess and map existing early career talent assessment processes across regions, identifying opportunities for enhancement and greater consistency

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making around assessment tools, hiring practices, and candidate evaluation frameworks

Lead global, cross-functional projects focused on modernizing and optimizing hiring assessments

Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and partners, to align talent strategies with broader organizational priorities

Support the evaluation and responsible adoption of new technologies that enhance people operations and candidate experience

Contribute to the development of scalable, innovative approaches within a growing and evolving function

Advanced degree (master’s or PhD preferred) -Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science or closely related field

Strong foundation in talent assessment, psychometrics, or organizational research, with a passion for applying data to practical business challenges

Financial, technology, or professional services industry experience is preferred
