Assembler - 1st and 2nd ShiftShift: Monday-ThursdayLocation: Mesa, AZShift Differential: 10%Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assembler to perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies in a modern manufacturing environment. This role requires working from engineering drawings, using hand and power tools, conducting quality inspections, and supporting production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components and subassemblies following drawings, schematics, and work instructionsUse hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyPerform quality inspections and functional testingFollow production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Troubleshoot assembly issues and maintain quality standardsSupport continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesTrain and mentor junior assemblers as neededMaintain a safe and organized work environmentWork overtime when required to meet production demandsQualifications2+ years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructionsExperience using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periodsLean manufacturing experience is a plusJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
