Property manager

Randstad is partnering with a premier real estate development and property management firm seeking an ambitious, self-driven Property Manager to oversee a beautifully renovated residential portfolio.

This is a high-visibility, autonomous role perfect for a proactive professional with a financial background who thrives when taking full ownership of property operations. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will serve as the primary operational leader, direct point of contact for residents, and financial steward of the property. Background check required.

salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) using QuickBooks and RentVine.
• Handle online rent collections, bill processing, and vendor payments.
• Prepare property budgets, financial reports, and ledgers for investors and ownership.
• Serve as the primary, direct point of contact for all resident communications, phone calls, and emergency requests.
• Schedule, direct, and evaluate external contractors and service vendors.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain overall asset condition and safety.
• Oversee operations and maintenance for the owner's private house/property.
• Directly manage and schedule housekeepers and auxiliary household staff.
