Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with best practices and compliance standards.

• Manage your caseload effectively by scheduling ongoing and follow-up appointments, handling client communications adeptly while ensuring a seamless treatment experience.

• Utilize our integrated billing service for processing claims and managing client financial accounts, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and providers, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will work with consist of individuals and couples seeking help with addiction, mental health disorders, and related therapeutic needs. We welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, encouraging holistic healing through support and understanding. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and progress toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Must be independently licensed as an LCSW in Arizona.

• Proven professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency in dealing with diverse clients.

• Self-motivated, organized, and skilled in time management to balance client schedules and administrative duties.

• Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, plus additional performance-based bonuses. As a full-time W2 employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
