Dishwasher/Service Assistant – Denny’s As a Dishwasher/Service Assistant you play a crucial role in the overall operation of the unit. You will maintain a "Guests First" attitude and engage in friendly conversation with guests & employees while performing essential duties such as: Maintain the dishroom, ensuring all dishware, utensils, pots and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Buss and clean guest tables in the dining room. Deliver trays of dirty dishware to the dishroom and stock the service area with clean dishware. Clean and organize the back of house, including coolers, freezers and stock areas. Clean floors and remove garbage in the front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot. Maintain and service restrooms. Typical pay range: Minimum $17.87 – Maximum $19.66. This range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade, and actual pay will be based on factors such as location and experience.
