Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide expert pharmaceutical care as a Staff Pharmacist within a specialty pharmacy setting, focusing on both long-term care and retail duties. This opportunity is ideal for licensed pharmacists seeking a one-year contract role with a structured weekday schedule and a dynamic team environment.

- La Crosse, WI
Schedule:
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and verify prescription medications with accuracy.
- Manage long-term care and retail pharmacy operations.
- Counsel patients on medication therapy and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist License (Act 10 candidates considered).
- PharmD degree preferred or MTM certification.
- Immunization certification required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice in retail and long-term care environments.
