Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Fresh Start Counseling Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy while managing a caseload of 25 to 30 clients per week.
\n
• Documenting clinical sessions meticulously, including session notes, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing client assessments, in compliance with company standards.

• Offering exceptional customer service through effective communication and collaboration with clients, their families, and other health professionals.
\n
• Employing creative, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Coordinating care with various stakeholders, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
