Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator – TeleHealth Team Full‑time, onsite position. Responsibilities Facilitate project activities and keep stakeholders on target. Track progress and maintain project schedules. Plan and coordinate meetings, track financial transactions, and use technology to prepare, compile, and distribute data. Coordinate quality‑improvement activities. Identify and coordinate changes to departmental processes and operations as assigned. Maintain current policy and procedure manuals, credentials, licensure, and other regulatory compliance information and documentation. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. No prior supervisory experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint sites. Experience with meeting presentation and project‑management software is a plus.
