Clinic Registered Nurse / Medical Staff RN

Overview The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. This role facilitates care coordination using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. The RN works in collaboration with other health‑care team members and maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Deliver patient‑centered comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting. Use the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of patient care. Provide direct patient care and conduct telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters as needed. Collaborate with other clinicians and health‑care team members to coordinate care. Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Support clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Qualifications A graduate of an accredited registered nursing school holding an Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience.
