Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Momence Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Momence, IL. As an ADON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents, while also providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff. If you are a passionate and dedicated nurse with a commitment to excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
Conduct regular assessments of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents
Develop and maintain relationships with family members and healthcare providers
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum of 0 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Current RN license in the state of Illinois
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in electronic medical records and MS Office Suite
