PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various projects, programs, or tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager. This role involves a range of tasks of varying complexity, and you will report directly to the Project Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Support the Project Manager with management of construction activities Learn and understand clients design and construction specifications Review and tracking of construction crew production and as-builts Review and compilation of as-built drawings for final project closeout Support the maintenance of production reporting and permitting databases Attend and report at weekly meetings Perform utility coordination records requests Assist in development of schedules Modification of PDF or AutoCAD plans to meet standards Support 3GIS/GIS design and data entry teams for projects Other duties as required

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Must be reliable and able to work in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Administrative or construction experience Familiar working in CRM program or other project management technology Required to pass a pre-employment drug test and subsequent random drug tests Great attention and commitment to safety culture and company values

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is an office based position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. This role is accepting applications until fill.
