Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Supervisor (LPN/RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory compliance. Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of resident care. Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to maintain safe and effective coverage. Conduct regular rounds, provide feedback, and report observations to leadership. Assist with state surveys and inspections as needed. Support the development and implementation of individualized resident care and discharge plans. Address staff concerns, complaints, and grievances in a professional manner. Welcome and support residents and families during the admission process. Accompany physicians on rounds and oversee accurate medication and treatment administration. Provide direct nursing care and assist with resident assessments as needed. Participate in evaluations and support professional development of LPNs and CNAs.
