Project Coordinator Sr.

Job Title: Project Coordinator Sr. Location: Alameda, CA - 100% Onsite Pay Range: $34/hr - $37/hr on W2 Job Details: Coordinate and support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Facilitate meetings, document discussions, and track action items and project dependencies. Manage project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications effectively. Assist in developing project plans, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or program support roles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
