Manufacturing Engineer

Product Manufacturing EngineerWe are seeking a Product Manufacturing Engineer to support new product launches, manufacturing process improvements, and quality initiatives. This role partners with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve manufacturability, efficiency, and product quality throughout the production lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport new product introductions from prototype through production.Troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, and quality issues.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and engineering changes.Drive continuous improvement and process optimization projects.Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve product quality and performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.3+ years of manufacturing, product, quality, or process engineering experience.Experience with root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and manufacturing documentation.Strong troubleshooting, project management, and technical communication skills.PreferredExperience with CAD software, supplier quality, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnshire, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41.00 - $47.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
