What You’ll Be Doing
As an Executive, Facilities (Project), you’ll ensures smooth, safe, and cost‑efficient operations of all facilities through proactive maintenance, project coordination, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance and repair works
Conduct inspections and ensure our buildings remain safe, functional and compliant
Coordinate with vendors, contractors and Managing Agents for all maintenance and project works
Track budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and ensure cost‑effective execution
Support tender processes, vendor sourcing and contract management
Manage building licences, renewals and regulatory requirements
Work with BYD/BMW Asia on CI requirements and support BMW Retail Standards Audit
Drive consistency and best practices across all centres
Support WSH compliance and liaise with MOM on related matters
Track and monitor details of monthly facilities and progress report from Managing Agent
Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support departmental and organizational objectives
Who We’re Looking For
1-Year Contract position
< Diploma in Building Services , Real Estate Management , Engineering , Facilities Management (or equivalent)
< 5 years’ relevant experience
Strong coordination, problem-solving and project execution skills
Certification in Occupational Safety & Health is a plus
