Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a construction/maintenance Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders, supervising logistics and expediting processes, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications. The Project Manager will also address any challenges, optimize project workflows, and ensure smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to manage complex schedules and deliverables Experience with Expediting and coordination, including the role of Expeditor Knowledge of Inspection processes and adherence to project specifications Proficiency in Logistics Management to ensure the smooth flow of materials and resources Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Relevant experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates familiar with the New York City Metropolitan Area Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field or 10+ years of experience in construction or maintenance management. #J-18808-Ljbffr MJZ NY
