East US Sales Manager (Folding carton)

Location : Remote - based in the Chicago, Dallas, or New York areas

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commodity Folding carton (Folding Box Board) sales efforts across the Eastern United States .

This is an individual contributor position with no people management responsibilities . This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial leader with strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and a solid network in the folding carton converting sector.

The successful candidate will be a highly field-oriented commercial professional who enjoys spending significant time with customers face-to-face, understanding their product and manufacturing requirements, developing new opportunities, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Folding box board
• Drive revenue growth across key accounts in the East US
• Build and maintain strong relationships with converters end users
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in related segments
• Lead pricing, volume, and service-level negotiations
• Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure top-tier customer support
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in folding carton, or related packaging sectors
• Established network of customers (especially in converting)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel regionally
• Fluency in English required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, or a related field preferred
