Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, utensil, and equipment, especially during peak hours. Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard. Collect empty bottles and glasses. Remove garbage regularly. Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor. Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines. Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately. Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes. Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed. Refill ice bins. Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills. Positive interpersonal skills. Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations. Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics, in English.
