Student Worker - Studio Lobby Front Desk Clerk (NFWS)

Marketing – Front Desk Clerk Job Description The Front Desk Clerk serves as a front‑of‑house point of contact. This position will interact with guests/workers/students as they enter and exit through the lobby, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. This role is pivotal in helping to maintain smooth studio operations and providing administrative support to our talented team. Consistent set scheduled hours. No late night or weekends. Responsibilities Direct and assist Studio 48 occupants as needed. Receive anticipated deliveries. Ensure main points of entry are secured and locked upon departure. Alert fulltime staff to pressing/ urgent concerns regarding the studio space. Assist in the flow of communication between production teams/ staff. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Problem solving skills. Detail oriented. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to self‑motivate through slower work sessions. Ability to work both independently and in groups. Good judgment and professionalism when working with clients. Education Grand Canyon Education is committed to a student first policy. Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student. Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University. Employees who fall below the minimum requirements may be subject to termination.
