In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for both residents and the company.

Compensation:$45,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the property, including marketing and leasing.
Oversee the tenant selection process, conducting screenings, background checks, and lease signings.
Maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Generate reports and provide regular updates to property owners and management.
Resolve complaints between residents.
Stay up-to-date on fair housing laws, property management regulations, and industry best practices.
Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
Strong understanding of fair housing laws and property management regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio or other PM software).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost control.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
