Health & Safety Manager

Responsibilities Lead operations in areas of injury prevention, task assessment, safety communications, hazardous materials storage and transportation compliance. Develop, implement, and manage company safety programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local Health, Safety & Environmental regulations. Conduct HSE audits and assessments of ongoing operations. Provide training and coaching to local Health & Safety Managers. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in a HSE management capacity supervising 5 or more associates. Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene) preferred. Working knowledge of current EPA and DOT regulations including HAZWOPER and Hazard Communication. Proficient use of MS Office Applications. Bilingual (Preferred). Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management, ensuring compliance with regulations and leading safety programs.
