The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for an exciting opportunity at a community-focused hospital in Anna, Illinois.
This is a great opportunity for physicians seeking flexibility, strong compensation, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights
- Up to $220/hour (1099) + $20/hour differential
- W2 option available : $200/hour + full benefits + sign-on bonus
- Flexible scheduling with 24-hour physician shifts
- Full-time = 6 shifts per month (excellent work-life balance)
- Approximately 8,800 annual visits (20–25 patients per shift)
- Collaborative, hospital-employed physician group
- EPIC EMR system for streamlined documentation
- J-1 Visa candidates welcome
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Prior Emergency Medicine experience and/or EM fellowship training required
Compensation & Benefits
- Average annual earnings of $400,000+ potential
- Up to $164,000 in additional incentives , including:
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $75,000 student loan forgiveness
- $24,000 educational assistance
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
