Job Description The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help drive our people strategy across the organization. In this influential role, you will partner closely with leaders and employees in a variety of technical, administrative, operational, and support functions to champion key initiatives that support our mission. As an HRBP, you will be both a trusted advisor and a change leader—helping teams navigate growth, transformation, and everyday challenges. You will provide guidance on employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, communication, and organizational effectiveness. Your work will directly support critical HR programs such as succession planning, performance management, and leadership coaching. You will also play an important role in shaping the employee experience through the development and enhancement of HR policies, processes, and best practices. With assigned business areas, you will own the full portfolio of HR responsibilities, enabling leaders to make informed, people?focused decisions. Required Combination Of Knowledge And Skill Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Pay Range $86,100.00 - $134,600.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
