Job Description Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and other month-end adjustments Complete account and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing processesPerform group/company consolidations and support consolidated financial reporting Prepare monthly financial statements and other management reports Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances Utilize Epicor and other ERP systems to maintain accurate financial data Support internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation Work with operations and other departments to ensure accurate manufacturing-related accounting information Requirements Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment ERP systems required, EPICOR is a plus Strong experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations Experience preparing financial reports and supporting month-end close Knowledge of financial consolidations and multi-entity accounting Strong understanding of ERP-based accounting systems Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines Search Masters is partnering with a premier organization to identify high-caliber talent for this critical role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Searchmasters Inc
