Paramedic (Night Shift)

What To Expect Tesla has an outstanding opportunity available for a Paramedic to join the team at our GFNV Sparks, NV location. The Paramedic is expected to safely minimize losses associated with emergency response operations, coordinate fluid care with internal stakeholders and local fire department. The Paramedic is also responsible for prioritizing and completing tasks associated with non-emergency response activities such as emergency prevention, disaster planning, safety education, and on-shift training activities. This Paramedic role will also be fully responsible for response, patient stabilization and escort of all medical and/or incident response. This position directly reports to the Emergency Services Manager within the EHS department. What You’ll Do Follows the Standard Operating Procedures outlined by Medical Oversight to align on response/medical standards of care Accountable for any/all emergency preparedness procedure implementation. Aligning with the Fire Prevention and Response team for collaboration and streamlining response processes Treat, triage and chart patients seen at the On-Site Medical Clinic. Communicate treatment path for occupational injuries and illnesses Assist in emergency response drills and site wide evacuation plans with SME experts to ensure site wide safety implementation.
