Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | Day Shift

Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same?

Join a stable manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly-while building your skills in facilities and light industrial maintenance.

What You'll Do

You'll help maintain and improve the facility through a variety of tasks, including:

• Perform general facility maintenance (lighting, minor plumbing, basic repairs, cleaning)

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient

• Complete basic carpentry projects and minor building repairs

• Handle painting, drywall patching, and touch-ups

• Maintain building and grounds (inspections, minor fixes, general upkeep)

• Support basic equipment maintenance and care

• Replace filters and assist with light HVAC upkeep

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance on equipment

• Operate floor-cleaning equipment (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing)

• Remove trash/recycling and maintain clean workspaces

• Assist with light welding or fabrication projects (if experienced)

• Identify improvement opportunities and help implement solutions

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience in facilities maintenance, building upkeep, or a similar hands-on role

• Comfortable performing basic repairs (lighting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting)

• Familiarity with common tools and maintenance equipment

• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, organized workspace

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic facility issues

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Welding or metal fabrication experience

• Exposure to industrial or mechanical maintenance

• Interest in growing into a more advanced maintenance role

Work Environment & Schedule

• Manufacturing shop environment (~40 employees)

• Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (3-day weekend!)

• Hands-on role working around equipment, tools, and machinery

• Mix of indoor work with occasional outdoor facility upkeep

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Full insurance coverage, medical, dental, vision, 401k. Direct hire, training provided.
