CMM Operator

Cmm OperatorSURESTAFF is immediately hiring CMM Operators for a Aerospace client in Arlington TX. The CMM Operators is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $22+ as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 6am-4pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.Responsibilities of the CMM Operators:Operate Equipment: Run manual or automated CMM equipment to measure dimensions, angles, and contours of metal or plastic parts.Inspect Parts: Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality checks using CMM probes, micrometers, and calipers.Read Blueprints: Interpret complex engineering drawings, technical designs, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards.Report Data: Generate inspection reports, log non-conforming parts, and document quality data.Calibrate & Maintain: Perform routine calibration checks on CMM probes, fixtures, and hand gauges to ensure precise accuracyRequired Qualifications of the CMM Operators:Solid CMM operating experience, PC-DMIS requiredAble to write, edit, and run PC-DMIS programs and interpret outputComfortable with hand tools and height gage to inspect parts to passBlueprint and GD&T readingSame all-position requirements as the rest of the listAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
