Office Assistant Compensation Pay: From $23.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Type: Full-Time Non- Exempt In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Compensation Differentials for this position are based on education, experience, training, and geographic location, as well as DWC's seniority and merit systems. Job Responsibilities Assists with administrative and clerical duties as well as projects Reception desk coverage during business hours; Answers telephone promptly and professionally; maintains an organized and neat appearance of reception area; welcomes and monitors visitor access to office and notifies staff of visitors presence; answers phones as back-up or overflow when not covering the front desk Collects, processes and distributes office mail Runs office errands when needed What We're Looking For SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to function well in a high-paced, professional services office atmosphere Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Leadership and team management attributes Education & Experience High school diploma or GED Other Job Requirements Valid driver's license Physical Requirements & Work Environment Standing, sitting, lifting, occasionally carrying an estimated 20 to 40 pounds Daily/weekly repetitive motion, computer and desk work Why Join Us DWC is about YOU.
