Executive Assistant II | Forensic and Litigation Consulting

About the Role This position provides executive assistance to five senior managing directors and managing directors out of our Washington, DC office, with additional support to the broader team as needed. What You’ll Do Submit and manage conflict requests in Salesforce Prepare letters of engagement using standard forms and team requests Assist with reporting and information extraction from FTI systems Coordinate office management tasks, including team events, meetings, supplies, and travel logistics Process timekeeping requests, organize meetings, and handle expense submissions Maintain multiple Microsoft Outlook calendars, resolve conflicts, and maintain reconciliation of business expenses Schedule virtual and in‑person calls and meetings, both domestic and international Maintain contact lists and update SalesForce with new business contacts Assist with new client opportunities, inputting data into SalesForce, running conflict checks, drafting letters of engagement, and producing pitch materials Assist with client billing, invoice creation, review, revision, and collection matters Create documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office and company templates Conduct research projects and manage correspondence, phone messages, and vendor invoices Complete requests for overnight deliveries, faxes, and couriers Organize and maintain paper and electronic files What You’ll Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications 5+ years of administrative support experience 2+ years in a professional services environment Proficient in managing multiple Outlook calendars and resolving conflicts Experience capturing time and expense in FTI systems and applying charge codes Ability to coordinate domestic and international travel and meetings Familiarity with SalesForce and the ability to run conflict checks and draft letters of engagement Strong skills in client billing, invoice creation, review, revision, and collection Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint using company templates Experience managing paper and electronic file organization Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Proficiency with time‑management and expense‑reporting tools, and SalesForce Proactive initiative and enthusiasm for new projects and assignments Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines Capacity to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Compensation Minimum Pay: $70,500 | Maximum Pay: $114,000 Equal Opportunity Employer FTI Consulting is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, protected veteran status, religion, physical or mental disability, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, or any other basis protected by law, ordinance, or regulation. #J-18808-Ljbffr FTI Consulting, Inc.
