Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and shipping teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $18-$22 $2 Shift Differential

Shift: 10/12 hours

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts to pre-stage raw materials for production and remove finished products from manufacturing areas.

• Load and unload trailers and stage materials in designated locations.

• Scan materials and record transactions using the ERP system.

• Verify product identification, quantities, and condition during material movement.

• Maintain organized, safe staging and dock areas, following all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

What's Needed?

• Valid credentials in forklift operation and material handling equipment.

• Ability to operate paper roll clamp equipment (Level 2 responsibility).

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and operate equipment for extended periods.

• Strong attention to safety and detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to support cross-departmental activities to meet production and shipping schedules.
