Junior Sales Account Representative

What You'll Do Engage customers through in-person customer engagement and conversations Identify customer needs and recommend wireless, smartphone, and connectivity solutions Guide customers through the sales process from introduction to close Build and maintain strong customer relationships Deliver a positive, solution-focused customer experience Track sales activity and performance metrics Participate in ongoing training and mentorship What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable in a customer-facing, relationship-driven sales environment Coachable with a strong work ethic Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Paid training with hands-on development Weekly pay, either the hourly base or commission, and bonuses, the greater of the two Performance-based incentives and advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Evercrest Consulting Inc
